Mathematics

  • Identify quantities of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, in a standard arrangement, without counting.
  • Move a counter, jumping 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 spaces on a number track.
  • Connect that moving right on a number track makes the number greater.

Language

  • Move one/two/three/four/five spaces
  • Move right one/two/three/four/five spaces
  • Move left two spaces
  • “As you move right the numbers become greater”
  • “You can see one, two, three, four and five without counting”
